My approach is integrative ~ we are a unified mind/body/spirit that is profoundly influenced by our relationships and environment.
We possess innate ability to heal.
When not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, time in nature, and expanding my learning. My husband and I are passionate land stewards and have recently returned 30 acres of farmland to native prairie and pollinator habitat.
